Moving stock between levels
Carrying stock up a ladder is how mezzanine incidents usually occur, and it is the one risk a goods lift removes completely. The StockMaster Mezzalift is a manual-winch mezzanine lift: load at floor level, winch the platform up, unload on the mezzanine, and hands stay on the handrails whenever anyone climbs. The winch brakes the load automatically the moment the handle is released.
Powered goods lifts and vertical reciprocating conveyors earn their keep at pallet weights, but they bring motors, guarding, installation and ongoing compliance costs. For cartons, totes and archive boxes, anything to 60 kg, a manual mezzanine lift covers the job at a fraction of the outlay, with no motor, pit or shaft.
